The Culture Of Pop-The Bachelorette Recap/After The Final Rose
a.k.a. The Power Of Ed's Green Man-kini Shorts: With God (and Jillian Harris) as my witnesses, I solemnly swear that this audio overview of The Bachelorette-Season 5 finale/After The Final Rose will not F*&%$ disappoint you... To paraphrase the Grateful Dead, what a long, strange...and equal turns hilarious, heartwarming and fun summertime TV escapism trip it has been as Jillian and Ed are experiencing their own summer of love as of this posting. Congrats, kids...(and hey, since I have my first ever visit to the Windy City scheduled for 2010, I could sure use two down to earth tour guides...and the hot dogs and French's Mustard at Wrigley Field will be on me). Dena and Lisa (beautybroads.com) join me to talk up three moving hours of television, our thoughts on Kiptyn and Reid being potential candidates for the next season of The Bachelor, our hopes for Jillian/Ed for the long haul...and even a little personal stuff as I talk about my American Idol based weekend in Memphis. Thanks for listening you guys...and there's much more DVD talk/Pop Culture programing to come. - Jeffrey

The Culture Of Pop-The Bachelorette Recap/Season Finale: It's Ed....
Believers in love at first sight had their faith restored shortly before the 9 pm CST hour Monday night as The Bachelorette's Jillian Harris from Season 5 of the ABC summertime smash chose Chicago's Ed Swiderski as her intended. But what will we do to wean the prospective groom/technological consultant off those wacky green shorts. Good color for grass and eyes, but.... The Culture Of Pop begins its post final rose coverage pitting host Jeffrey Rosado alongside Lilianna Pannia from The Ring Bearer web site. The Toronto native from Jillian's homeland gives her take on the happy couple, adds local flavoring on Jillymania and gives her take on who should be the next Bachelor.

The Culture Of Pop-Bachelorette Recap: Week 10
This Week's Episode: The Men Babylonandonandon (zzzzzzzzzzz).....Will somebody wake me up when Lady Jillian is at the door? For Sir Jeffrey finds this Man Code thing quite a bore. In layman's terms? What a bunch of (mostly) nincompoops....But TCOP regulars Dena and Lisa (Celebrity Sidedish/Beauty Broads) had a blast...and so did special guest panelist Mike Spring of DVD Snapshot who joins in the recap fun. Also: Find out which of Jillian's former suitors gets an aplogy from Dena, hear our predictions for who will win be the lucky/eventual groom and as usual, Jeffrey's usual quota of praises and wardrobe adorations for the star of the show

Episode 81-Woodstock Blu-Ray, Gran Torino, Keisha Knight Pulliam

Episode 81 of The DVD Marquee includes Jeffrey's takes on Clint Eastwood's critically acclaimed Gran Torino, the 2009 reboot of Friday The 13th and an amazing blu-ray special edition of the Oscar winning documentary Woodstock. If that's not enough show, Keisha Knight Pulliam from The Cosby Show also drops by to chat with the Marquee Man on working with Tyler Perry (House Of Payne; Madea Goes To Jail) and the legendary William H. Cosby (better known to you and me as Bill).. ..and Jeffrey takes time to send a show ending salute to two longtime supporters of the program.

The Culture Of Pop-Bachelorette Recap: Week 9
With Wes out of the way, you'd think Jillian and three hunka-hunka-hunks in the paradise state would make for quite a pleasure cruise on episode 9 of The Bachelorette. Think again, Jackie Collins! Come with (we) while the moon is on the sea, but leave the gym class shorts at home (Ed what WERE you thinking, pal?) as Jeffrey and the Beauty Broad twins (Dena/Lisa) say Aloha with witty, insightful and non-oily commentary on the sexiest and most emotional episode of the ABC summertime reality smash yet.

The Culture Of Pop-Bachelorette Recap: Week 8
Wes at last, Wes at last....Great God A-Mighty, we are Wes-Free at last in Bacheloretteville! As sportscaster Marv Albert would say, YES!!!! Grab the maracas, castanets and Arthur Murray dance manual for Kiptyn! Senor Jeffrey's off to Spain (albeit in spirt only, but he

Sit down a spell on this July 4th weekend and experience some aural recapping of some real life fireworks courtesy of Week 7 of The Bachelorette as the Marquee Man bantereth with Dena and Lisa (Celebrity Sidedish)...and braves ridicule in publicly asking the lovely Jillian to be his date for his upcoming high school reunion in 2010....In Chris Harrison terms, that's DRAMATIC!

The Culture Of Pop (Sneak Peek): The Bachelorette: Week 6 Recap
First things first...prolly not a good idea to talk train rides with Robby the Bartender for a while...with more twists and turns than six viewings of Silver Streak, Jillian's train of looooooove provided Bachelorette groupies with the most exciting episode of the season thus far...and to attempt to make sense of it all, Jeffrey is joined one more 'gain by his fellow Jilli-Aides (little
