Show #34-Marquee Potpourri, Volume I

You know things are slow on the new DVD release rack when the most exciting fresh title on Jeffrey's desk is a seedy 1968 drama starring Golden Girl Rue McClanahan as a stripper (seriously, folks....and it's coming soon on a future episode).

So for relief during these dog days for home video aficionados, J.R. breezes thru an eclectic batch of discs...a record eight (!) titles never before reviewed on the show including Forest Whitaker's Oscar winning performance in The Last King Of Scotland , a classy re-issue of All That Jazz, an indie title (Our Very Own featuring former O.C. hottie Autumn Reeser), Judy Garland's film debut in Pigskin Parade, vintage Hong Kong martial arts action (King Boxer) and the cult classic Bedazzled.

Also, Jeff pays tribute to much beloved film critic Joel Siegel of ABC's Good Morning America who passed away far too young at 63.
